These days there is nothing more important than applying the teachings to one's mind and actualizing them in the world. After studying Buddhism and Tibetan for 20 years in both Tibet and India, I have spent the last 10 years trying to apply them to my mind in main-stream American life. It has been difficult, with ups and downs, but my all-American mother now appreciates the Buddhadharma and I think she will have a good rebirth as a result. Thank you Khenchen Pema Sherab.

These days there is nothing more important than applying the teachings to one’s mind and actualizing them in the world. Wir meinen unseren Sohn Dominik in-mitten des gemeinsamen Neujahrs-Mahls auf den Treppenstufen erspäht zu haben. Wir sind mit ihm und seinen Freunden glücklich, dass es allen Dank der guten An- und Einweisung soooo gut geht.
